Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through hexaar.eu is Krzysztof Puchalski HexaAR, ul. Stanisława Przybyszewskiego 231M, 93-120 Łódź, Poland, NIP 7162626555. Contact for anything related to your data: kp@hexaar.eu.

Visiting the site

Like every web server, the hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, browser, time and requested address) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by the hosting provider, acting on my behalf, only for as long as needed for security and are not used to identify visitors.

Contacting me

If you write or call, I process what you send (name, email, phone, message) to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep correspondence as long as the conversation or cooperation requires, and longer only where the law requires it (e.g. accounting).

Analytics and cookies

Only if you agree, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and see which projects people view. It then sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and sends pseudonymous usage data to Google, which may process it in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent no analytics code is loaded. You can change your mind any time in ; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies.

Two settings are stored in your browser and never sent anywhere: your sound on/off choice and your cookie choice.

Embedded films

Some case studies show films from YouTube. The player loads from youtube-nocookie.comonly after you press play; from that moment Google’s own privacy policy applies to the player. Before that, only the preview image is fetched from Google’s image server.

Your rights
